Patient Education and Discharge
Educate patients and families on disease management, medication adherence, and post-discharge care. Coordinate discharge planning with social workers, nutritionists, and community health teams.
Requirements and Licensing

Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK)
Licence renewal: Annual (by December 31st each year)
- Diploma or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) from an accredited institution
- Valid NCK practising licence (renewed annually)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Speciality certification for ICU, theatre, renal, or neonatal roles
